  I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Taco Bell and really want to recognize the staff for their outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked through the door, the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They were genuinely attentive, patient, and made me feel like a valued customer. What stood out the most was how positive and hardworking the entire staff was. Even while handling a busy environment, they remained polite, organized, and focused on making sure every customer was taken care of. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was accurate and prepared exactly the way I wanted it. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail made a big difference. The food was fresh, hot, delicious, and very well prepared. The restaurant was also clean, organized, and had a great atmosphere. It was obvious that the staff take pride in their work and care about providing customers with a great experience. A huge thank-you to the entire team for the excellent service. Staff members like these are what make customers want to come back. Their kindness, professionalism, efficiency, and genuine effort really stood out to me. This was easily one of the best fast-food experiences I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend this Taco Bell!

  absolutely rude from the get go, went to go in and didn’t realize the inside was closed since they had the sign on and people sitting around at the tables so we assumed it was open, lady gave us attitude and was very rude when explaining that dine in was closed. Will not be coming back to an establishment where they hire rude employees who think it’s ok to talk to a random stranger with such attitude when all we said was we thought it was open due to the sign.

  Came here. Order was messed up. When I polietly called I spoke with someone who said come back this week we will fix it. Once at the store they lied about it. Then said the found my name but they werent fixing the problem. The tacos were nothing but soggy pita and grease soaking meat.

  Everything I’ve ordered here is always fresh and hot. I also appreciate the positive Christian radio station playing often.

  Absolutely unacceptable service at the 300 Tecumseh Road East Taco Bell. My wife ordered soft tacos but was given soft Taco Supremes instead. When I returned shortly after, Ashwin refused to replace the incorrect order or offer any solution. Mistakes happen, but refusing to fix them is inexcusable. Instead of taking responsibility, we were left paying for food we didn't order. This experience showed a complete lack of customer service and concern. I won't be returning and I can't recommend this location to anyone expecting even basic customer service. Upper Management needs to address this.
