The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Overall, I had a great time at Swiss chalet and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal and excellent service.

The staff need more training and should be more professional and attentive when dealing with customers. The biggest issue was the extremely slow service. The order took far too long to be prepared, which made the overall experience frustrating. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both customer service and order preparation times. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.
- MMMackSep 7, 20261.0genuinely some of the worst food i've ever had 😭. i was so hungry but couldn't even finish a quarter of it. we also had to wait over 40 minutes for our "food." i literally never complain or leave bad reviews but that was insane got the chicken sandwich, which is advertised on their menu with pickles. it arrives (after almost an hour) with a heap of cole slaw on it instead of pickles... ew and when i asked about it she just said she could give me pickles on the side (which she brought out, and looked monstrous 😭). why are you advertising things you don't have ? every table around us seemed to have issues with their meals and service. manager had to come out multiple times to talk to different tables. not a single guest smiling in that restaurant lol.
