  This review is more so directed at management/owner . On two occasions we had to wait over 15 minutes to get service. As it seems you only have one employee working both times. They are completing online orders and leaving the customer just stand and wait . Then when you go to order there's no product available. As its clearly not being replenshed. Only italian bread was ready, the cheese had tuna just dropped on it. The employee had to go in the back 3 times to top off empty veggie containers . So after 20 minutes my order was completed . My grandson enjoyed his Sub . If it wasn't for him craving a sub, I would've left . HIRE MORE STAFF TO KEEP CUSTOMERS. ITS A WIN FOR CUSTOMERS AND A WIN FOR BUSINESS! FYI EMPLOYEE SHOULDN'T BE WORKING ALONE AT NIGHT IN THE AREA.. DO BETTER NEW MANAGEMENT!!

  I visited this Subway on Wednesday evening. I don’t exactly remember the employee’s name, but I think it was Sana. I ordered two subs — one veggie and one chicken. She prepared both subs nicely, but when it was time to cut and pack them, she cut the chicken sub first and then used the same knife for the veggie sub. As a vegetarian, this was upsetting for me. I politely asked why the same knife was used, and she replied that they only use one knife per order. I explained that I am vegetarian, and she said I had not mentioned it earlier but i think that this is common sense not to use the chicken knife on a veggie one. I then politely requested a new veggie sub because I was not comfortable eating it after that. She agreed to remake it, but said I would have to pay for both veggie subs. I ended up paying for the one i got but I did not eat that and was disappointed with how the situation was handled. I have also worked in fast food restaurant before, and usually when a customer is unhappy with an order due to a mistake or misunderstanding, staff try to resolve it properly. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I will not be visiting again.

  These subways just keep amazing me. The bread was stale and obviously from yesterday as buddy was 10 mins late opening the store. He probably snorted about a dozen times while making my sub, I was literally waiting for him to hork it onto my food, thankfully he either swallowed it or waited till I was gone. As my girl would say.... Wow.

  Niya is a hardworking and dedicated person. She makes sandwiches with care and attention. The sandwiches she prepared for us were absolutely delicious. It was truly a wonderful experience—highly recommended!

  Niya is really good and hard working girl. She made the best sandwiches for us. Really a great experience!
