  Best subway of windsor!! One of the employee named Hridaya is very sweet and polite to customers. Also she made our sandwiches so tasty, perfect and delicious. Good job!

  Food was good, however 1 star for their service. We were two girls placing a dine in order and the guy with specs at the counter lacked common sense to even give a tray to hold the food. On being asked he gave one, as if its a favour he is doing on us. I went again and asked for another tray as we were 2 people, then another staff member gave us. Staff preparing food was good and hospitable.

  Just left there, I usually go to a different location and will be continuing to avoid this one from here on out. When I arrived there was a woman making 3 subs for a lady ahead of me and an online order salad. I waited a few minutes while she was making the other orders. After about 5 minutes another woman appeared, put her gloves on and just looked at me with a smile. I ordered my sub. Got my toppings. When I was spaying I watched them exchange a glace as the first woman complained about not getting a tip from the woman ahead of me and after I paid and did not tip (because why would you get a tip for doing the bare minimum of your job) the woman who made mine said she didn't either. What do you think you did to earn a tip? Your job? That's what your paid to do by your employer. The sandwich assembly area was covered in random meats and toppings as if it hadn't been wiped down in quite a while. Based off the other reviews I'm surprised it's even still open. Probably all the high school kids keeping it open.

  Was there the other day. Jess the worker was courteous and polite. She also rang in the RIGHT amount for the $7.99 meal. Jess could teach other workers at other Subways how to CORRECTLY charge people. Thank you JESS you were awesome. The pop machine is more modern and very easy to use. With a touch sceen to pour your pop.

  I don’t like your customer service today with ingredients selection. I have ordered through app for pick up and selected more ingredients. And your staff added less, everything less everytime. When i ask him to add extra then he said we add only limited. Then why you have option for more or less. Maybe he need to know that what is more and less. He barely add ingredients just to cover the sub. And better to mark it down for dietary restrictions. Employee acting like the topping are coming out of their paycheques. Worse subway i ever got.
