  We always have a great experience at this Subway location! We usually place our order first thing in the morning, and they always have it ready for us as soon as we arrive. We leave comments in the online order, and the team pays close attention to every detail. Iti is especially wonderful — always ready early in the morning with a smile, kind conversation, and consistently great sandwiches. We almost always order the veggie footlong, and it’s always fresh and made perfectly. We heavily depend on this Subway location because of how reliable and efficient they are. They always honour our Subway points, the service is quick, and the staff is genuinely friendly. It’s rare to find such consistently excellent customer service these days. Highly recommend!

  I’ve been a regular at subway for awhile since it’s right around the corner from where I live. This location is by far one of the best in the city. Everytime I come inside Alashdeepkaur and Iti ALWAYS me in. They’ve never once made my sub wrong, they always greet me with a smile and small talk. They work fast and effective. Going in and seeing them always brightens my day! 😊

  Absolutely horrible! 6 inch pizza sub with hardly any toppings, no sauce, hard as rock bread and it was squished to shit. What a waste of money and my time. Never again. Subway has gone to shit!

  Out of all the subway locations, this one has to be the least clean and professional. I found that the vegetables were already browning because of being left out for so long and the bread was hard and crunchy when I’m normally used to have it being soft and fresh. The girls did not really care about the toppings. Everything was just tossed all over without any discipline. There was always a sense of professionalism and pride in making my subway sandwiches before. This experience was so negative that I will probably never eat again at any subway location in Windsor. Without sounding inappropriate , I would appreciate if the staff would speak better English because it was very obvious they weren’t understanding what I was saying.
