  It’s inside the mall, serving was quite quick, looking busy though, but fries were warm and really good, tried three cheese fries and truffle fries. It was amazing. One of the good options in Devonshire mall.

  I was excited to try this restaurant while visiting Canada because I found out about the gluten free options. The cashier immediately verified without hesitation that everything except for the hot dog buns were gluten free! The snack sizes we got were plentiful and very good! The fries were fresh and delicious!

  There was a lady name Cristian we brought food and we ask for extra cups she rolled her eyes, started talking to other team members about it. Which is not appropriate, if you don’t like working there or if you don’t wanna serve brown skin than you should go home. Specially if you are manager, what else you can expect from team members. When I was trying to talk to her about it. She didn’t even said sorry. She should go home, Canada is diverse country, no place for racisit.

  Very disappointing experience at New York Fries. The poutine was served cold, including the gravy, and tasted like gravy wasn’t fresh. I felt sick shortly after eating and vomited within minutes. Food should be served hot and properly prepared. Till now i am nauseous 🤮
