  Very disappointing experience at New York Fries. The poutine was served cold, including the gravy, and tasted like gravy wasn’t fresh. I felt sick shortly after eating and vomited within minutes. Food should be served hot and properly prepared. Till now i am nauseous 🤮

  maya and grace both helped me pick out a poutine and it was delicious. Both of these girls deserve a raise for how nice they were, don’t find super nice people like that anymore. Thank you so much guys, Nacho fries were so good !!

  The New York Fries at Devonshire Mall is amazing. The staff is always present to take my order with a smile. They are genuinely friendly, and fast with their service. As a food service place in a mall it is wonderful to have a quick option with flavourful options that are made right in front of you.

  During a visit to Windsor, Ontario, I stopped by New York Fries at Devonshire Mall. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The customer service was poor, I had always heard that Canadians are known for being friendly and welcoming, which made this experience even more surprising. When customers visit a restaurant, they expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I also felt that management should pay closer attention to customer service and staff training, as the overall atmosphere did not reflect the level of service I would expect. I hope improvements are made so future customers have a better experience. Never again
