  Overall it was an enjoyable experience with an absolutely delicious sub but their mark ups for combos were ridiculous and 25$ CAD for a footlong cold cut and a can of pop with a bag of chips is absurd. Won't likely be returning but I will say it was the best Ive had in a long time. This is not to put down the staff who were upbeat and absolutely delightful.

  They r always late take more than 20 to 25 min even if the store is empty very lazy workers very very lazy totally disappointed

  Ordered one sub, tots and drinks. App said to pick up order for 7:07pm. Counter staff did not even start my order until 7:25. Sat waiting for an order placed at 6:30pm until 7:30pm. Got to work to discover that the bacon was "rubber band" raw. They stated that all their bacon is cooked, but bacon that stretches that much can't be safe to eat. I called back and they agreed to give me a new sub. When I arrived they tried to simply replace the undercooked bacon on the sub. I explained that I was not comfortable eating a sub that possibly had undercooked bacon on it. Counter employee argued with me over how cooked bacon should look, and kept asking if I wanted it crispier. Another customer at the counter suggested they use the oven. It is now almost 2 hours since the order was placed and I'm finally sitting down to eat. This was an ordeal. And for a sub, tots and 3 drinks that ended up costing over $40.

  Great subs. Fresh bread and lots to choose from. I love you can ask for some extra toppings at no extra charge. And sauces were put in a good size container as we were bringing ours home to eat. Very friendly staff
