  Walked in, no line, quick and friendly service. Ordered an English muffin with egg and coffee. My the time I swiped my gift card it was ready and I was on my way.

  No one to take your order through drive thru, no one at payment window, except girl off to the side on her phone. Gave up after 8 minutes between waiting at both. Had to order at pick up window where the young man was very nice & apologetic.

  Their macchiato machine was broken so they did an iced coffee and upped the size for the price and inconvenience. Very nice of them to do so

  They employ the laziest rude staff, and they put the especially rude ones at the drive-through received my food and both boxes of fries were flipped upside down when I opened the bag. This is unacceptable and the girl shoved it in my hand and almost dropped it. McDonald’s needs better training and needs to tell their workers to be friendlier.
