  When Placing my simple mcdouble no onions extra pickle combo not only did it come with onion but extra onions and no pickles extra mustard which was extremely upsetting, not the first time this happened. I went in to get it corrected they had an issue with replacing it even though it wasnt touched. I will not be back to this establishment took 20 mins to get it replaced to be treated like that. All I wanted was no onions and to put extra was gross

  Wish i could give this place minus 10 stars. I am homeless with cancer.March 1st 2026.I got scammed on a fake rental .On 21st on my birthday,since i have stage If they had a cake for bitthday.The manager looked at me and told me to look in dumpster,where i belong .I walked away Today i walked in,excuse my self to order.The cashier was busy.Order.A lady told me they wont serve people like ke anymore🤬I always been very clean and quiet.Never been treated like this in my life.😭I dont drink or do drugs.I go to church.Always polite.😭🤬

  Multiple parts of our order was incorrect and usually always errors at this location. Crispy chicken (add pickles) —no pickles and no mayo? Cheeseburger happy Meal: was supposed to be Just ketchup… was loaded with onions and mustard… no ketchup. All the tickets read properly…

  I’d like to extend my sincere thanks and congratulations to the team at this location for an outstanding experience. While visiting Windsor with my family, I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup, including coffees, pies and breakfast sandwiches. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional—honestly, it felt more like dining at a quality breakfast restaurant than a quick stop. The coffee was served perfectly hot (not just warm), the bagels were fresh, neatly cut, and evenly spread with cream cheese, and the pies were hot with a handwritten time noted on them, which showed great attention to detail. The hash browns were just right—firm yet soft, not greasy or soggy. Kudos to the entire team for maintaining such high standards and delivering such a memorable experience.
