    I’m giving this location 1 star because my experience at the drive-thru was unacceptable. I expect fast food to be fast and polite, not uncomfortable and dismissive. Very bad service, and I will not be coming back here. I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker and placed a simple order. The employee who took my order kept raising their eyebrows and making faces after I spoke. It wasn’t a one-time thing – every time I asked a basic question about the order, I got another eye roll and an exaggerated expression. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful. I’m not expecting fine dining, but basic courtesy should be the minimum. When I got to the window to pay, the same employee was there. They barely made eye contact, spoke in a flat, annoyed tone, and handed my bag over like it was a burden. The body language was what really stood out – sighing, looking away, and that same eyebrow raise when I asked for ketchup. It left me feeling singled out. I’ve been to other McDonald’s locations and never had this reaction. Here it felt personal, and honestly it felt racist based on how differently I was treated compared to the car ahead of me. The order itself was wrong too. Missing items, cold fries, and I had to pull forward to wait while they “fixed” it. The staff inside didn’t seem to care. No apology, no “sorry about that,” just silence and more dismissive looks from the drive-thru employee. I’m not writing this to attack anyone, but customers deserve respect regardless of who they are. If your staff can’t handle basic interactions without making people feel unwelcome, that’s a management issue. I’ve eaten at McDonald’s for years, but this location lost me completely. If you want fast food without being treated like a problem, skip this one. Very disappointing, and I won’t be returning.

    They literally NEVER give us straws for our drinks at drive thru. Also, often times our happy meals won't have toys.
