- JHJenna HMay 10, 20262.0Did a mobile order which means they “start making” the order when you arrive. Or so they claim. Sat in the drive thru line for 10 minutes, and then got pulled to the side to wait still … for one egg McMuffin. How does that happen? What is the point of mobile ordering if I’m just going to have to wait anyways? Other complaints: They didn’t even give a single napkin. I don’t need a handful but one or two would be nice when you’re ordering food. The iced coffee I got did not taste good it’s like they didn’t put any salted caramel flavour in it at all. Naturally since I was crossing the border I couldn’t go back and get them to fix it so I wasted like $4 on it. Just going to get a Starbucks next time it’s almost the same price and half the wait time and you get the drink made properly.

So many computers that it interferes with efficiency-guy ordered a small coffee-he waited 8 minutes, my combo took 15 minutes, the display board never even displayed my order # and it wasn’t even busy. Too many teenagers employed there.
