  Placed order on app. Took 10mins longer, was told everything was in the bag, got home missing items, drive through drive thru to get missing items, get attitude. Inform them missing Mashed potatoes, told they mix it with the gravy, one of three kids doesn't like gravy on their mashed potatoes, so now they are out. Open container it's 1/4 mashed potato 3/4 gravy. First and last time I'll be going to this location.

  We went to the drive through no body answerd us and we went inside there was someone but they didn’t show up to the front and he knows that we are there

  Started my order at the drive through, I was cut off and told my total and to drive through when I wasn't even done. Than when I finished my order her asked me at the window what my order was because he didnt even put it in. After I repeated the full order he forgot my child go bucket, forgot my wife's soda and proceeded to argue with me about what I ordered. I am not impressed as I sit here in the parking lot waiting for my food. This locations staff (at least window worker) at the time of writing this is not impressive and im very disappointed.

  They never let you use the drive though. Even if you order ahead online, no matter how much time has passed it still takes standing in the lobby for at least 20 minutes. No one really talks to you. After I was told to come inside because "drive thru isnt working", I stood there for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I would have left if I hadn't pre-ordered my food. This similar scenario has happened multiple times before and I'm finally done with this KFC.

  One staff was actually nice. An older lady who worked days today. The other workers actually was talking to me and completely ignored an older lady who was asking for ketchup. When she finally got her attention the lady told her im not talking to you and pointed to the older lady co worker and said she will talk to you. This younger girl was very rude. She had the head covering and looked young. The tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned all morning either.
