  Got my order wrong, over charged, drink half empty and refused me a refund due to it being “ company policy “. They also refused to give me any names of employees/manager/owner. They ended up hiding in the back to ignore me while I was standing at the counter. Horrible staff, horrible training.

  Every time i go to this location I have a problem. Wrong order, cold food, small portions, wrong order again. wrong order again. Today after waiting 12 minutes from placing the order from the kiosk I yelled to the back (they have no counter staff to take order or ask questions) hello??? do you have an order for Howard. Yes the lady came out, it just left..... well Im Howard so you need to make it again. Another customer waiting yelled at the guy to return as he had the wrong order. He gave her the bag and she handing it to me. Im not accepting that. Its left the building. She placed the bag on the counter and remade my order. Again in a take out bag after I had said twice its for here.Im sure some one else got the order that the guy had left with. Incompetent ! No one here is properly trained or gives a care. I asked her name as she was just wearing a black t-shirt and no name tag. She refused. This place is a joke
