  All I wanted was a meal to enjoy and the guy at the window gave me a drink without ice and made me wait 15mins after I paid he said they ran out of ice and it’s so hot outside so I asked him to refund me the drink only and he said “even if you don’t buy the drink the price is the same” so I basically paid $15.47 for fries and a sandwich. It’s insane

  Went in later at about 11:30 PM just to grab a snack of some hot wings, the manager kindly let me use the washroom as it was locked for public use after handing me the food. The wings were crispy, crunchy and well seasoned, tasted great. The manager was also very accommodating and kind.

  "Worst experience ever! Our order was severely delayed with zero communication or explanation from the staff. When we politely asked about the status, the employees were extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. Treating customers with such blatant disrespect is unacceptable. Terrible service and terrible attitude. I will never order from here again.

  Quite literally waited 20 minutes in the DT at 1AM. Only one car before me, which is ridiculous - they didn't order a ton either, so no blame on them. When I did make it to the window, the woman was beyond rude and snippy. She pulled the debit machine away before I could even tap, and then gave me a dirty look because it didn't go through. They need to be retrained

  Don't....just don't! You have been warned.... ⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 Star Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. A delivery order scheduled for 12 PM resulted in a phone call at 12:21 AM because the restaurant somehow confused noon with midnight. Staff then advised there were no drivers available and wanted the order picked up, despite delivery having already been paid for. I tried to contact them several times the following morning because I knew what to expect with this level of incompetence. The order was eventually delivered almost as requested at noon but... incomplete, missing the better part of half of the order; sides, drinks, utensils, napkins, and condiments. Trying to get the issue corrected was beyond frustrating, and staff showed little urgency and zero remorse in resolving a mistake that should never have happened. The expectations were simple: prepare the order correctly, check that it was complete, and deliver it as requested. This location failed on all three. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I would not recommend this location to my enemy. P.S The food also sucked. It was reheated, double fried garbage.
