  I love coming to Windsor and now this KFC, this location! The customer service was warm and friendly. I got the 10 for 10 hot and spicy. I was asked very politely if I could wait for a “fresh” batch. I’m so glad I did!! Those were the best and I best wings I’ve had in a longggggg time. Fresh, hot, spicy. My son and I ate them before we could make it back to the hotel!! I highly recommend this location! The best food is amazing 10/10. Full review on my tictok itsmejahmarie

  We like to enjoy KFC every once in a while, we ordered inside and the place was clean and order was made in a good time frame and the lady who gave me my order had a smile and was very friendly. Once we got home, the food was still nice and warm, cooked perfectly and everything was delicious.

  We came to the branch, and the employee who was wearing glasses was extremely rude. She refused to take our order and started shouting that the dining area was closing while we were still trying to place our order. She was not helpful or cooperative at all, and we were very disappointed with the way we were treated.

  FAST food. I waited at the speaker for 2 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, when I said ‘hello’ it prompted a very abrupt ‘one minute please’. Then as I was ordering I was again, abruptly told to come to the window because they couldn’t understand me. I got to the window and waited yet again another at least 30 seconds before someone came to take my order. I finally paid and THEN was told it would be a 5 minute wait. Which, I’d rather fresh food don’t get me wrong. But told me to come back in 5 minutes. I asked what she meant and she said come back through the drive thru in 5 minutes. When exiting the drive thru it takes you out of the parking lot so I have to drive back into the parking lot and drive back through the drive thru instead of being brought my order so that their drive thru numbers are good????? Such a weird encounter all around.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this KFC location. I ordered two meals, but one of my orders was missing. After waiting for about an hour, I finally received the missing order, but the food was completely cold and not up to the expected standard. The other order I received also arrived cold, and I even found a hair in the food. The quality was so poor that I had to throw it away. I ended up losing around $35 and did not get the value I paid for. I also contacted the store to explain the issue, but the staff member I spoke with was very rude and unhelpful. This whole experience was frustrating, from the missing order to the poor food quality and customer service. I hope KFC takes this feedback seriously and improves both food handling and customer service.
