  we ordered our food on the touch screen since the cashier couldn’t count the change of the person in front of us and had to get one of the cooks in the back who i assume was on break considering he was standing in front of the window eating the chicken. we then had to wait 20 minutes for our meal. how can an establishment hire two workers that don’t know how to count change?

  Worst experience with fast food. My husband ordered chicken poutine today. It was cold and gravy was not enough. The fries were stale. Overall it was horrible. I would never return to this location and would let Windsor public to not eat from here either. We left the poutine with them as we wanted them throw it and understand that it was waste of my money.

  The service is not good at all. The staff are just hanging out and flirting in the back instead of helping customers.

  The worker refused to take my order as they were closing 15 minutes later. Terrible service with terrible attitude, just shut this shop down.
