  Very disappointing experience at KFC\. The manager and the worker were extremely rude and unprofessional\. I simply asked if I could change my order, and instead of helping me politely, they became upset and treated me very disrespectfully\. They also did not provide basic things like napkins, sauce, or proper customer service\. The staff seemed unsure about what they were doing, and their attitude made the whole experience very unpleasant\. Customers should be treated with respect, especially when making a simple request\. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service and training to the staff\.

  Waited 40 minutes for a single Big Crunch sandwich. Finally comes out guy giving a horrible attitude after taking 40 minutes for a sandwich. Open it up, burnt bun, chicken patty cold, and idk like 4x mayonnaise if not more. Nothing else just burnt bun soggy chicken and enough mayonnaise to give an elephant a heart attack.

  Pretty good for a mall food court , but the kiosk thing sucks thank god someone was at the counter to help us pick our order.

  As a retail worker, I understand the pressure. But after online order, I can visibly seeing how slowly they are working. I waited more than half an hour (which can be maximum 10 mins late). If it's a short staffs issue, I hope they fix it. Because if that's how their service will be. I will completely avoid KFC. I did not receive Pepsi can which was supposed to be with my order. I came back and asked. Behavior wasn't good. The guy was visibly upset
