  Was there on Sunday to pick up an order. They advertise one thing and give you something else. Guy behind the counter gets so defensive, what a joke this place is.

  Bomb poutines! The chicken sandwich is great! We always get the same dude at the window and he's like a comedian - pretty pricey for fast food though so 4 stars for that ;)

  I had a very frustrating experience at KFC. The employee couldn’t even find what I was trying to order and instead of helping, I was told to just order online. That’s not acceptable when I’m already standing in the store ready to order. It got worse when I asked to speak to a manager, only to be told there wasn’t one available. That’s a huge red flag—there should always be someone in charge to handle situations like this. On top of that, when I politely asked to switch the sauce I was given, the employee responded with, “you are making this hard for yourself.” Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Overall, the service was disorganized, unhelpful, and rude. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect when paying for food. I won’t be coming back.

  Terrible experience at KFC on April 14. I waited about 7 minutes at the drive-thru just to place my order, while someone outside near the garbage bin was on the phone wearing a drive-thru headset. At the window I asked who he was and found out he was the manager, honestly shocking. After ordering, I was told to wait 5 minutes at the parking lot, but ended up waiting almost 10 mins with no one coming. I went inside and there was no one the the counter. Then the same manager came in making excuses I could barely understand, and without washing his hands or wearing gloves, started packing my order. The staff came across as dismissive and annoyed, almost like customers were a burden. Not coming back

  I am writing to report a very serious concern regarding my experience at the KFC location on Manning Road in Windsor on April 13 at approximately 10:20 PM. I arrived to pick up a delivery order, but the front door was closed, so I proceeded through the drive-thru. When I provided the order number, the staff member responded in an aggressive tone and repeatedly used inappropriate and abusive language, including the F-word. He also stated that the fryer was not working and asked me to wait approximately 10 minutes. I waited patiently and returned after about 10–15 minutes. However, when I came back, the same staff member again behaved in an unprofessional and hostile manner, continuing to use abusive language and speaking aggressively. I then waited further and returned again after nearly 20 minutes. Unfortunately, the same unacceptable behavior was repeated once more. As a delivery driver, I am simply performing my job and expect to be treated with basic respect. Experiencing repeated abusive behavior across multiple interactions is completely unacceptable and highly concerning. I request that this matter be formally investigated and that appropriate corrective actions, including staff retraining or disciplinary measures, be taken. If this issue is not addressed properly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further. If I see future same person, owner may have to face legal consequences.
