  Worst fried chicken ever. Nothing is crispy at all, the batter was falling off and the fries were limp. They need to turn up the fryers and maybe use a different kind of fat. This is NOT fried crispy chicken. Never again.

  The food was very fresh and flavourful. The chicken was really juicy. I loved their chicken popcorns.

  went for a drive thru lady in the window was rude, i was having a hard time understanding what she is saying and she got irate. in return she gave me the smallest chicken parts that i ever had in my life! i hope higher management sees this and would take action.

  Extremely slow service. Placed a mobile order in advance but waited over 40 minutes for just a wrap and poutine. My order was marked “ready,” yet I still waited another 10 minutes to receive it. I specifically requested a fork for my poutine, but didn’t get one. No apology or acknowledgment for the delay. Would never go there again

  I placed order and was told to go and park which I did and this guy came out with people’s order, even those that met me there, to my surprise my order didn’t come and everyone hgone so I have to drive back and I waz told they might have forgot after collecting my money and no compensation whatsoever, the fries they put was so small, and won’t put paper towels in your bag, when your hands are dirty, they want you to rub it with your clothes, won’t recommend this branch at all
