  I recently visited KFC and had a fantastic experience! The service was quick, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was exactly what you'd hope for—crispy, flavorful, and satisfying.

  I came in the store to take out…service was okay, but honestly…when I asked to change the wings for drum sticks…it seemed to be a problem! I wasn’t asking for a thigh!!! Oh, on that topic…every piece in the bucket was smaller then the drum stick!!!! NOT happy or impressed…I will be going to Popeyes from now on! I keep trying KFC, Never have any consistency in any of the stores!! Where are they getting these chickens from???

  Today we went to the KFC drive-through and ordered food. Then we went to the park and waited for 30 minutes because she told us to wait in the parking lot. The food camefast . The service was bad, and the food didn’t taste good either.

  The service here is absolutely horrendous and the staff did not take my order for like 30 minutes, when we were the only ones there! They walked by us 7 time's, and even acknowledged our presence! But they didn't onec take our order!
