  I ordered a large poutine with popcorn chickens and got a medium sized poutine without popcorn chicken. I had already taken a couple bites until I noticed, so I just accepted it and ate the rest without asking for an exchange since I didn’t want it to be thrown away. The poutine also felt like it had belonged to someone else since it was a little warm and fries were soggy. There was also a huge fly circling around us

  Worst burger i have ever had, and the chicken did not taste like it, i had a though that is it fake chicken, no offence to anyone, but i did not like it at all

  Loved the atmosphere. Food came out quick and fresh, and we even got our year books signed!! Would definitely recommend.

  The store itself is clean, well-maintained, and creates a positive first impression. Unfortunately, the service did not meet the same standard during our visit. We placed an online order and waited approximately 20 minutes before approaching a staff member to inquire about its status. The employee’s response was brief and lacked the level of customer service we expected, simply informing us that they were waiting on an item. After that interaction, we waited an additional 15 minutes before receiving our order. While delays can happen, clearer communication and more attentive customer service would have greatly improved the experience. We hope the team can focus on providing better updates to customers and creating a more welcoming service experience in the future.
