  I had an issue with my order today and called the restaurant expecting there probably wasn’t much that could be done. Kat was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me out! Thank you again, Kat!! You truly made my day!! Kelsey’s is lucky to have employees like you!

  This was the third visit in a week, I had wings the first time and they were overcooked and tough. Second visit I had chicken parm with spaghetti noodles. The chicken was so overcooked it was like sawdust and the noodles were mush. Third time's a charm, NOT Had the Thai ginger chicken and the chicken was so overcooked it crunched and not in a good way. The manager came out and replaced it with the Thai chicken curry. Broccoli was soggy, and the chicken strips were precooked and sliced instead of freshly grilled and sliced. Kelsey's use to have much better food quality. Very disappointed in the food quality here!

  I ordered Goat cheese and beet salad with chicken breast. I was disappointed. Too much dressing,big hunks of red onion, chicken was soggy and flavourless.

  Love coming to this location - food and service is always great. We enjoy the bartender Chelsea a lot ! She’s quick and always remembers our order. Will come back to see her !

  Was in Windsor 4 days for business and dined 2 out of the days here. Its a casual vibe with a hip look. Our server/bartender Jenni was attentive and so friendly. Thank you!
