- RCRobyn Cook3 days ago1.0DISGUSTING is the only word to describe burger I was given. Ordered a jr cheeseburger was given a dried up piece of cardboard on a bun with no cheese and rotten ketchup. Called to complain and manager didn't apologize just made excuses. Said I order charged for hamburger, don't care what they punched in I ordered a cheeseburger and that burgers are always made fresh to order which is BS as my order was ready in under a minute.

To speed up service you should not be able to order Swiss Chalet in the drive through. If you want Swiss Chalet you should have to park and go in! They really need to fix this.

The first time this happened I just assumed that since it wasnt during meal times that they werent ready to go. But now that i am here again giving them another chance it is even more slow. Tell me why every time I am here, i am waiting 20+ minutes in the drive through with many people in line behind me as well. It should not take this long for two burgers. And the last time i was here, i still waited 15 minutes only to watch them throw my poutine in the microwave after the first 10 minutes of waiting. Absolutely called for. No longer fast food at this point.

When I bit into the burger the cheese on it was very cold and stiff, the burger was even cold. The onion rings weren't bad. My biggest disappointment was when I discovered they didn't put my apple pie in the bag, which was what I was looking forward to the most! I should have checked the bag but was told this restaurant has really stepped up their game since they got a new owner. The girl working drive thru was rude too. Not impressed at all

How am I supposed to eat my poutine without a fork???? I end up having to throw my food out because I’m unable to eat it. To add to it the wait time of horrible, I’ve waited up to half an hour in drive through just for my food.
