  Telisse was our waitress tonight and she was wonderful. Very polite and understanding when I requested a couple changes be made to my dishes. This place is my favourite; great food, service, and atmosphere!

  Our family enjoyed a terrific experience with Jaime, at East Side's. Our food was delicious, hot, and quickly delivered to our table. Jaime ensured we were well cared for the entire time. Today was one of our top East Side's meals, thank you!

  Prices have considerably gone up like everyone else’s prices. However it is not the same food quality. The tomato basil soup was not as creamy and lacked basil. Almost as if it were out of a can. Chicken parm was not very fresh tasting as if it were out of the freezer. Spaghetti with meatballs seamed different as well. Meatballs weren’t as tasty as they used to be. I know that restaurants are going through tough times but if you raise the price that high the food quality shouldn’t go down as well. Was $200 for 4 of us with only one beer ordered and the rest diet Pepsis. Only one appetizer. Sorry but that’s too steep for what we got. Won’t be back.

  Im posting this one star review because yesterday we went out to eat for the kids eat free. My partner and I got a chicken parm sandwich and a meatball sub or whatever they call it. My daughter got chicken fingers. To be sat there was a wait, which is expected of course! We didnt have a reservation. Super okay with that! But from being seated and ordering our food it took over an hour to get to our table, when we ran out of drinks - it took an hour to get any refill and we were NEVER checked on but everyone else around us were getting served great. Anyways to the food - the meatball sub was cold and my partner being a chef said the meatballs weren't fresh. He eats EVERYTHING but he could not eat the meatball sandwich. My chicken parm sandwich was tasting great (other than the one half of the sandwich being too tough for my mouth, you knocked on it aggressively and it sounded like you were knocking on a door and there was no breakage of the breka at all... so yuck) so my partner requested the chicken parm sandwich instead. We took it to go because by the time we got that we had been there for over 2 hours and our 2 year old was not having it. We get home to eat the sandwiches and each of us had one breast with raw chicken inside it. Waste of money man...

  As myself and my family arrived at the restaurant we were greeted by the hostest and we looked around to find at least 80% of the restaurant empty but it took the hostess 10 mins to find us a seat which ended up on the bar side in the first booth just inside the door! It then took 5 minutes for the bartender/server to come and ask us what we would like for our drinks! After we gave our drink oder of 2 Sprites and a Cold Beer they were brought to us and as soon as I took a drink of my Sprite I could taste that the sprite had an awfully rubbery taste! I would have asked my server for a new drink but he only came around to the table 3 times in the whole time we were there! Not to mention the fact that he never introduced himself so I wouldn't be able to recall him if I wanted to! (Later found out that his name was Shane after having to look at the hostess board on my way out) I ordered the Chicken fettuccine Alfredo and was very unhappy as the chicken was warm and didn't seem to be cooked all the way through! Was given only 2 loaves of garlic bread between the 3 of us the whole time there and was never asked if we would like any more which left all 3 of us wondering if it was still all you could eat garlic loaf! Over all we are very disappointed and are pretty sure that we will not be returning to this location which is a bummer as we have attended quite a few East sides all over the province of Ontario and this has to be the worst experience we have ever had at a East Side Marios!
