  Management was great! The female employee on the counter welcomed us with a warm smile and a friendly atmosphere. The food was fresh, warm, and amazing. Will definitely go back!

  Subject: Formal Complaint: Unprofessional Conduct and Verbal Aggression – Store #848 ​"I am writing to formally report a serious incident of professional misconduct and verbal aggression involving a manager at your Windsor location (2530 Tecumseh Rd W). ​Incident Details: ​Store: Burger King #848 ​Date: Saturday, May 9, 2026 ​Time: 10:30 PM ​Order Number: 26 ​Vehicle: Orange Dodge Journey ​Description of Incident: During a drive-thru visit to pick up a meal for my son (Whopper Jr. meal), I politely asked the employee if the soft drink could be placed inside the bag for easier transport. The employee refused, stating it would spill. As I began to drive away, the employee shouted 'Just leave!!!' at me in an extremely aggressive and hostile tone. My daughter, who was in the car, witnessed this clearly. ​I immediately drove back to the window to address the comment. The same individual first claimed she said 'good night,' but then mockingly admitted to her original statement, saying, 'Yes, I said it, but you don’t have proof... so get out of here!!!' When I stated that I would be filing a report, she dismissively claimed, 'I’m the manager here, you can't report me to anyone!!' ​As a regular customer, I find this level of hostility and the attempt to intimidate a guest by claiming 'lack of proof' to be completely unacceptable and damaging to Burger King’s reputation. I have the receipt (Order 26) as proof of my visit and I expect this matter to be investigated by the franchise owner or district management."

  Just ordered 4 whoppers and 4 sprites . No straws and the order is completely wrong.

  The food is pretty good, it tastes just like what I would expect a fast food place to taste.
