I've been trying to reach out to the management team since then, and they have yet to reach out to me. I'm guessing they don't care. All other Burger Kings in the area are friendly, have great customer service, and really strive to let me "Have it my way.' There are two other locations near by that offer much better service, so I would suggest passing on the Walker Road location. This is my second time posting. Google only allows one review per email address, so I'm posting from an alternate address When I first posted three weeks ago, I received a web address to formally register my complaint with the restaurant, via a form. I'm guessing this was an automated resonse from the restaurant. I filled it out the form, and have yet to hear back from anyone after 3 weeks of waiting. I suspect I will will get another automated response with no resolve to the issue. Again, this Burger King does not care. Stay away from the Walker road location in Windsor!

- HZHabib ZaidiApr 5, 20261.0Very bad service Indian person at the counter did not understand my order did not take the right order I had to cancel and get out please do not come you do not understand they don't want to understand very rude service I give a King Junior order and he tried to charge me $8 for that the original order advertise for$5.49 or something like that he tried to charge me more that's why I had to cancel the order and leave
