    I had a very disappointing experience at this Arby’s location. The manager, Karen, was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our visit. It was our first time ordering here, and while we were trying to decide what to get, she rushed both us and the employee taking our order, making us feel unwelcome and pressured. Her attitude was disrespectful from the moment we arrived. When our food was handed to us, she spoke to us in a rude manner and seemed irritated simply for doing her job. Even when an employee asked if we wanted sauces, Karen appeared unwilling to provide them and acted annoyed by the request. Good customer service involves treating customers with patience and respect, especially when they are new to the restaurant. Unfortunately, Karen’s behavior was loud, dismissive, and unprofessional, which made the entire experience unpleasant. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers are treated with the courtesy and respect they deserve.

    Not only is the food tasty, the staff is a vibe. Asked the lady at the drive through for plenty of pickles on a chicken wrap and she said “So you want a pickle wrap with some chicken?” It was really funny. She was joking about adding an ‘excessive’ amount of pickles. Cracked me up.

    Nice change from burgers, always good, got the two for beef and cheddar special, don't forget the curly fries
