- BMBrandon MarshMay 9, 20261.0I work in the mall so I hate to leave a bad review, however I’ve tried time and time again to enjoy the food here, and as a previous line cook of 5 years, I know good food when I taste it, and New York Fries simply isn’t :/ the staff are incredible! However the fries are consistently undercooked, and so unflavoured, for the price you’re paying, you’re better off getting poutine anywhere else! There’s always these little shavings of potatoes and it becomes this pile of slop, I’m so sorry but definitely won’t be returning :( much love to the staff however!
