  Food is super bland and the ratio of ingredients are off. They did not follow the order note either. Overall, disappointing and I think I'll just spend the extra dollars at Thairoomgrand or Jatujak instead. Not worth it here.

  WOW! What happened here was an awful experience. We purchased 2 chicken Pad Thai meals and they were both horrible. Hardly any chicken in it and whatever chicken was in it was questionable. Not enough sauce as it was dry, dry, dry, and no veggies at all in it. What the?!? Customer service was barely there. Won't be back here again, that's for sure.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Thai Express in Brooklin, Whitby, on Friday during lunch. We spent around $50, and unfortunately the food quality and service did not justify the cost. We first ordered a vegetable basil fried rice, but it came with egg, even though it was supposed to be vegetarian. We then ordered a chicken fried rice, which was prepared more like sticky rice than fried rice. To correct the first order, we requested another vegetable fried rice with no egg. Unfortunately, this dish was even worse. Not only was it poorly prepared, but the portion size was noticeably smaller than the first vegetarian fried rice. When we questioned the staff, we were told that because we had asked for no egg, the quantity would naturally be less. I was genuinely surprised by this explanation. How does removing an egg reduce the amount of rice and vegetables in a vegetable fried rice? The quantity of rice and vegetables should remain the same regardless of whether egg is added. Overall, the food lacked the flavor, texture, and authenticity you expect from Thai fried rice. It felt like the dishes were prepared without an understanding of traditional Thai cooking. If you’re serving Thai cuisine, customers should be able to expect consistent quality and authentic flavors. For a meal that cost around $50, this experience was extremely disappointing. I hope management reviews the food quality, portion consistency, and staff training so future customers have a better experience.

  I placed an online order and arrived for the pickup time only to find out they didn't even start cooking the order yet. Food was good but poor service.
