- ECEmma Cross5 days ago1.0I’ve been going here for years and never had an issue. I went in today around 6:15 ordered and food came out quick like usual! After eating and asking for our bill, Shalini ignored me and my boyfriend for 30 minutes to tend to a party sitting across from us after telling us 3 times she was going to bring the bill so we could leave! i eventually got up to ask for the machine and our bill after 35 minutes waiting and still waiting another 10 minutes after that. I’m not very happy with the service we received today and won’t be back to this location. i’ve never waiting 40 minutes for a bill after asking multiple times!

Waited excessive amount of time to be seated then even longer wait for someone to take our order. Then we had to wait at least 20 mins before the order got delivered to our table and no check back on the customer at all the had to chase someone down to get our bill. This was by far the worst experience ever at this location and it wasn’t even busy ( 4 pm). Totally unacceptable customer service.

So many pick up bags, meaning Swiss Chalet is making a lot of money from Whitby residents, maybe a new branch is needed in Brooklin. Great service. Clean. Two-can-dine promo available till May 2.
