I don’t how to describe it but the ribs were not how I normally like SC ribs but better than other location where they are dry as bark. The chicken was big and juicy but the skin wasn’t crispy roasted like how I remembered it.

The traffics is slow, so I attempted to call Swiss chalet store to change pick up time, but it was answered by someone who doesn’t work at the local store, he try to get hold of the store while I waited on the call for 10min, but no one from the store answered, so I said I will just be few minutes late to pick up. I got at the store at 19:51. And had to wait for a customer before angrily give the store owner his feedback. After couple minutes, it was my turn to go to the counter, I kept my smile. I asked the owner when was the fries packed, all I got in response is “ you are late for your pick up.” He then handed my food, and refused to let me explain or allow me to ask more questions by keep saying “thank you”. This kind of service is just blatantly rude, dismissive and disrespectful.

Customer Service no help. If not delivered in guaranteed time of 90 minutes, then call us back. Food literally arrived in 86 minutes. Food was terrible. Swiss Chalet used to be amazing, now it is just terrible. Never again
