  I arrived at 1045 in drive thru to order lunch to drop at school for grandaughter ,not realizing lunch not served till 11am. Had to be at school at 1115. The amazing understanding staff directed me to inside store where they prioritized my order and I was out by 1105 and just made it on time to school..many thanks to all staff's efforts.

  Cancelled my order twice when i was ordering at 3:45am even thought they had 15 minutes before switching to breakfast, Lazy workers is the result of your 3 out of 5 start rating, Trash Service!!

  These co worker are starting to get on my nerves, pls don’t drive off immediately once you’ve received your food and double check everything you got was right, i came 2 week and ask for a med coke w my combo they decided to give me med ice tea instead when it was very clear and they understood completely. I came back again, AND THEY DID THE SAME THING AGAIN WITH MY COMBO!!! On top of that my fries weren’t put properly in the bag. I might pull a Karen soon if this happen, I love mc Donald, this is my local mc Donald been coming here since 2019 never had an issue, but it something fishy about these damn co worker that playin to much w my drink smh.

  Made an online order at 1145pm arrived at 1151pm. Drive thru pylons were already out blocking it. Go to the front door and it’s locked. Employee was already shutting down the restaurant and points to his wrist at me signaling they are closed and turns his back. So I knock on the window and show the accepted online order. He gets whoever was in charge to open the door and tell me that they cancelled the order due to “maintenance” (it wasn’t cancelled in the app) The guy tells me to go to another location but proceeds to fulfill Uber Eats/skip orders. No apologies no attempt to make it right. Legitimately terrible service and employees. This location has lost our business and our families. Just pathetic

  These guys are busy same time there are 8-10 crew members inside the kitchen. Still they take a lot of time to serve. Also, they tend to clear the order on customer order display immediately once it shows up there but the actual delivery on the counter takes a LOOOONG time. THe franchise has to look into this new found bad habit some of these locations have developed.
