  We visited McDonald’s Brock st, Whitby . and sat outside on the patio. Unfortunately, one of the metal chairs was damaged, and it tore several holes in my husband’s shorts when he sat down. I spoke to the manager, and while he apologized and replaced the chair, that didn’t really solve the issue for us. We now have to replace a pair of shorts that cost around $60 because of damaged patio furniture. What disappointed me most was that there was no effort to offer any kind of solution, compensation, or even ask how they could make the situation right. Just hearing “sorry” didn’t feel like enough in this situation. I understand accidents happen, but businesses should take more responsibility when faulty equipment damages a customer’s longings!

  Don't want to say other McDonald's places not good, but this location is the best place for families and everybody else. I'm a truck driver and saw a lot. Very nice people, fresh food, interior and exterior, atmosphere 👌 👍

  McDonald's is famous snacks all over the world, but specially in Canada. Children indoor play activities available, reasonable prices, parking facilities available.

  The only reason the food got 2 stars is because the fries were actually fresh and hot, although the only reason for this is that due to dietary restrictions our fries have to be cooked at the time of ordering, because while up at the counter, there were several fries premade sitting in the fry holder, which I'm sure were also probably as Luke warm as the burgers, not to mention being breathed all over by all the staff that work at this particular location behind the counter that are verbally communicating as the fries are sitting out there in the open. The place was packed and very busy. My family and I were there for a good hour or more and not once did anyone come out to clean or wipe a table, which left customers having to sit a dirty, germ ridden tables. The whole experience was quite sickening and quite disgusting. Burgers were barely warm. Floor and tables were filthy dirty. Garbages inside the restaurant were so full, people couldn't get their garbage in them. Women's bathroom was a dirty disgusting mess. I'm sorry to have to give this terrible feedback, but come on staff/management please try to do better and make some improvements.
