  This place is ALWAYS DIRTY. Every time I'm in there the tables are disgusting 🫣 CAN YOU IMAGINE WHAT THEIR KITCHEN LOOKS LIKE???? mice? Cockroaches? Most likely considering their eating area is absolutely gross, disgusting, unhygienic alive with bugs.

  I place my order. Just a simple cheeseburger and fries. There is about 15 customers in the whole McDonald’s. These poor 15 are all waiting on one thing. Their food. There is about 3-4 workers making food at a unbelievably slow pace. I watched as it took them five minutes to make ice cream. I watched as they played music in the back while STOPPNG their jobs to dance. I watched them move at such a slow pace even I could’ve done better. I am disappointed in McDonald’s seeing as they are a pillar of fast food. This food took so long to come it might as well be a sit down restaurant. So much for fast food. If you want to wait 30 minutes for a simple order. Then order here.

  Ordered something simple which was a simple and quick for them, yet 3 staff behind the counter. One lady chatting while waiting for another to make something for her. the other on the cash. 5-7 mins go by and still waiting, then a manager, Shaleen comes and starts on the newer orders while I am still waiting. Finally now over 10 mins, frustrated demanded a refund and walked out. Manager says they strive for excellence, ah I dont think so.

  Worst to order online with Macdonald’s app . Ordered online notification for order confirmation, then received mail saying order is being prepared, then got the details for the delivery person and time of delivery. Just 10 mins before estimated delivery time got another message order cancelled as store is closed . Now how can store prepare order if the ot was already closed . Then got delivery details. Then there is something sersiously wrong with Macdonald’d delivery ,
