  Went out for dinner with my wife yesterday around 6pm and had a bad experience.First off it took about 15 minutes or so to recieve our drinks consisting of water and Pepsi.Then food took alot longer then that.Lastly my dessert ice cream cake came melted and looked like one pool of melted cream.I spent about $100 and still gave him an 18% tip cause im just a nice guy but will definitely not be going to the whitby location anytime soon

  Me and my family loved it here, I brought my grandparents that came from brampton that has never visited kelsey’s before and they said they loved it. Our server Tim was excellent, he made the experience much more fun with him as our waiter

  JULIA RULES!!!!! I’ve been coming to Kelsey‘s for many years various different locations and I have never ever had a cooler waitress. Just at Kelseys but anywhere period. Give this woman a raise!!!! Friendly, funny, knowledgeable, quick upscale service. Will be back for sure!!!

  I eat at Kelseys frequently because I think the food is delicious. I usually dine in but last night I couldn't get out to eat in the restaurant or pre-order and pick up, so I ordered delivery. My main gripe is with Doordash and I understand that issues with them aren't the fault of the restaurant. I specified to ring the door bell when the food was dropped off (I live in a multi-tennant building) but my food was just dropped off at the door. By time I got to it, it was cold. When I opened the bag I discovered that the fries I ordered to go with my fish weren't there. I was looking forward to a delicious meal (which they normally provide) but ended up with a partial order that was cold by time I got to it. Kelseys .. PLEASE stop providing Doordash as a delivery option. I would Because you didn't ring the doorbell as requested (I live in a multi tenant building), I didn't notice until 30 minutes later that my food was delivered. I was prepared for the expensive delivery charge, but because you couldn't find the time to ring the doorbell. I had not only an expensive meal but also a cold one .. my last few doordash deliveries have been just as unsatisfactory so from now on I will only deal with restaraunts that don't have doordash deliveries as an option ..

  Not too bad, but not the greatest either. I went this evening with my toddler and my fiancée. He ordered the chicken parm, which he rated a 3.5/5, and I got the lettuce wraps—both were decent. Our child had the kids’ pizza, which unfortunately was soggy. We also missed the “kids eat free” day, which was a bit disappointing. I wish our server had mentioned it or possibly honored it for us, even though it was Monday. My main issue was the seating, we were placed in a booth right by the kitchen, and there was a small group of men beside us who were constantly swearing, which wasn’t ideal with a child. Our server was polite, but the service felt lacking. We often felt ignored, and it seemed like he might have been handling too many tables at once. For $86, it didn’t feel worth it overall. We also didn’t leave a tip (which we usually do), which honestly reflects how we felt about the experience.
