  I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years, but my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I brought my daughter in for Free Cone Day after she saw it online. We waited in a long line (which was expected), only to be told at the counter that I needed the DQ app to get the free cone. I downloaded it on the spot but had issues logging in. Despite clearly trying and showing the employee, there was little effort to help. When I asked if a manager could make an exception given the circumstances, they came over and were outright rude, refusing without any consideration. This was over a small vanilla cone they were already giving away in large quantities. We ended up paying, but the whole interaction left a bad taste. Living just minutes away, this used to be our go-to spot, and we’ve spent plenty here over the years, including ice cream cakes for all of our birthdays. After this experience, we’ve already started going elsewhere and won’t be returning.

  The app was giving me grief. The staff were accommodating. My Blizzard was great as usual.

  The employee Riya and her co worker one of the lady, they were making a funny comments to the customers who came to order. Such a ridiculous behavior that I ever seen. You think people don’t know your language. Feel ashamed it happened in the famous DQ location. Management please take a look into this matter. Nobody reserves to be treated like this. I wish you guys give them a warning regarding manners and behaviors. Thanks.
