I dropped off the first meal for my youngest without properly checking the food (my mistake), then delivered the second meal to my oldest. That's when she told me that the fries were not cooked properly and that her drink had no flavour, tasting only like soda water. I checked the food myself and found that she was absolutely right. I then opened the burger and discovered an excessive amount of mustard, which completely overpowered the rest of the burger. The blizzard, however, was fine. I immediately called the restaurant to explain the issues with our order and to express my dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, the supervisor, William, responded by making excuses and ultimately implied that I was lying, insisting that the fries were "definitely cooked." The fries were soggy and hard in the middle, clear signs that they were not cooked properly. Having worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, I know the difference between properly cooked fries and undercooked ones. What disappointed me most was the complete lack of an apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Not only was our order unsatisfactory, but I also had to purchase replacement lunches elsewhere for my children. Between the poor food quality and the unacceptable customer service, this was an extremely frustrating experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location at all and would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. And no surprise, now they are not answering my calls after I told them that I would call back to speak to their manager about this situation. Very disappointing establishment for sure.
