  Guacamole is really good…BUT I used to go every Friday for takeout dinner, but I recently stopped completely because they started getting really cheap with the portions of lettuce/rice for the bowls. It was ridiculous that I could see the bottom of the bowl bc the serving was so sparse! They tried to be smart & would spread the rice or lettuce around in the bowl. I had to keep telling the staff every visit “Can I have more lettuce pls?” (It’s a salad, not a topping!) so I stopped going bc it wasn’t right. $35 for two bowls and your staff are being trained to give small portions! Talk about feeling ripped off. Unacceptable and your profits will show it as word gets out. I go to Poulet Rouge now at Oshawa Centre food court. Sorry Chipotle, you did this to yourself. The public deserves more, we work hard for our money.

  I visited today to grab lunch. They are so stingy with their portions. I was really disappointed with the amount of rice and meat they served. I dont mind paying but geez serve properly. The girl at the cash looked so serious and miserable. Someone in customer service can smile at the least.

  I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a Chipotle. The staff came across as rude, impatient, and had a noticeable attitude throughout the visit. The restaurant itself was dirty, with filthy floors and messy counters, which made a terrible first impression. To make matters worse, we were rushed through the line and were served what seemed like the last watery, soggy leftovers from several ingredient containers. I also ordered chips, but they were stale and tasted old. Overall, this visit completely ruined my meal. I expected much higher standards from a franchise like Chipotle, and it was very disappointing to see such poor food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

  I keep giving this location a chance but every time I order from here it’s just disappointing. I’m tired of paying about $30 for a bowl through delivery app just to get half an empty bowl I’m currently trying to eat a bowl that has barely any rice or protein. It’s been over 3 times where I’ve ordered & my bowl is empty and there’s things I didn’t order inside the bowl do better. I’ve been giving this location many chances even going in person with over 30min wait times its beyond crazy. Pickering , Scarborough and markham locations are way better, at least train your workers to work more efficient and pay attention to order details.

  I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but Chipotle in the USA is something absolutely delicious. Here in Canada Chipotle is soggy, sloppy made and tasteless. I guess when Mucho Burito sets the bar so low, the expectations are low for Mexican restaurants across the board. Also the tables are dirty with food on the floor at this location. Overall it’s a Taco Bell food quality with prime price tag. Pretty disappointing. I’m Not coming back to Chipotle in Canada.
