  Look at my other reviews, 99% are positive so you know something is wrong if I take the time to write a negative review. I've put off going here 1/2 expecting it wouldn't be great. Surprisingly, it was worse. First, the 2 guys working looking thoroughly miserable, almost like the one cheated with the others partner kinda vibes. The food is drastically overpriced. Both because the quality of the food was subpar, and the portion size. The rice was mush and dry at the same time, guess that taked talent. The chicken was rubber. The Green Curry sauce was non existent, where was the green curry??? It was like they brushed some on the chicken and that was it. The chicken and rice should be drowning in coconut cream green curry sauce. When he handed me the "box" I was standing there holding it thinking maybe that was just the rice and the rest was coming because it was no bigger than 1 cup of food, for $22. Absolutely ridiculous. For the size/weight if what they give, it should be considered a snack size for $6.99. Save your money and satisfy your appetite and go elsewhere, ANYWHERE, you can't go wrong with skipping this one.

  What an amazing dining experience! My family and I loved everything—from the fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious food to the warm hospitality that made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Nancy provided outstanding service, being friendly, attentive, and truly going above and beyond to make our visit memorable. Thank you for creating such a wonderful restaurant. We highly recommend it for great food and exceptional service, and we can’t wait to return!

  I am so happy we have our own Thai express here in Welland. I love their pad se ew especially with beef it was delicious I loved it. The 3 people that were working at that time were so friendly and so helpful. Nothing but smiles.

  I brought my family and had a great experience at Thai Express! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. I especially recommend the Beef Pad See Ew—it was delicious and full of flavor. Overall, I was very satisfied with my meal. If you’re looking for great food Thai Express is definitely worth a visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!
