  In the drive thru we wanted to split our order up using cash and then rest on debit. We gave the worker a $10 dollar bill and she took and then charged the debit. BUT we look at the transaction record and it shows that she charged the card for the full price of the order and she took out $10 bill. And she was very rude and rolled her eyes at us when we asked for hot sauce.

  It was my first time visiting a Taco Bell in nearly 20 years. Upon entering the store there was a sign promoting $2 tacos on Tuesdays which so happened to be the day I was visiting. I inquired about the $2 tacos and was informed that the soft taco supreme did not qualify for the special. I then inquired about getting the tomatoes and sour cream as add ons to the $2 taco special and she quoted me a higher price (see photo) than what the soft taco supreme usually sells for which is $3.89 plus tax ($4.40) You can do better than this Taco Bell! 😞

  Absolutely terrible customer service. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful from start to finish. I waited a long time just to get ignored, and when someone finally responded, they acted like helping customers was a burden. No communication, no respect, and no effort to solve the issue. Very disappointing experience

  The food is good I will give them that but the service is horrible it takes so long to get your order and if you want to order at the counter it takes forever and sometimes they will just ignore you

  ​I’ve followed a strict non-beef diet for religious reasons as a Hindu for over 30 years. I ordered a vegetarian rice and bean burrito & a potato taco at the self-serve kiosk, but was instead given a beef-filled item (called pocket or something) that was completely closed, so the only way I realized the mistake was by biting into it. What made the situation worse was the response from staff. When I raised the issue, the employee insisted that potato tacos “look like that,” which was simply untrue. I had to walk her over to the kiosk to show that the Potato Taco I ordered was clearly vegetarian. While she eventually remade the order and apologized, this situation should never have happened in the first place. For people with strict dietary or religious restrictions, this is not a minor mistake it’s a serious concern. This location needs to take customer orders and dietary requirements more seriously.
