And however for the most part my order is right and the food is delicious BUT nit a single one if my orders have EVER had any taco sauce in the bag. Even when requested specifically that I wanted taco sauce. Why are they holding out? Have they been told They are not allowed to give it to delivery? So annoying

The front counter staff should also assist with Drive orders when needed. I don’t understand why I was left waiting for such a long time. This is poor customer service and creates unnecessary delays and congestion. I hope management looks into this issue and improves the service for customers and drivers.

Garbage laying around the counter area could have been cleaned up so easily. Service was very poor. Had to use the screen/kiosk to order and the glare from the sun was so bad it was impossible to see. Maybe some blinds or a window tint? Took a really long time for the food to come out. It honestly seemed like there was only one worker doing everything while the others were on break. The food was ok.
