  Your staff may be nice, your food may be decent, but apparently the manager thought it was a good idea to use his creative skills with my toddler's meal which included putting jalapenoes on his Snackwich when i had turned away. I asked for it to be made as advertised, with "every thing that comes on it." Nowhere does Subway say jalapenoes go on a Turkey Breast Snackwich. Could it have been cross contamination? Maybe. My son ended up eating part of it during his lunch. He started screaming bloody murder within minutes, but he settled not long after. I couldn't figure out why, I figured maybe he just wasnt hungry so I saved the other half for supper. This time, he refused to sit for several minutes and he hadn't even touch the plate yet. Once he sat and started eating, he screamed again, pleading to get out of his chair. When I looked down at the table, there was 3 pieces of Jalapeno hidden in his food between the meat and veggies. For those who would say "They have a clear glass window," I'm also a disabled single mom. I had to focus on my child and do my best to accomodate our needs while I was there. I sat him at a nearby table as I ordered and would regularly pace between the counter and table. This was not funny, it's not a joke. I spent over 30 minutes assisting my son with flushes and wet clothes. The swelling didn't go away. I called Health811 who has advised that while this isnt a critical emergency, he should be seen by a doctor within 24 hours and proceeded to send me to Poison Control. Poison Control sent us to the ER. BIG MISTAKE. ---- Love how I was told to call between 9-11am today to talk to the dealer, yet no one answered their phone at all.

  Been coming here since I was little (10+years) I have no complaints and never have. The owner and staff are always super kind and quick.

  A couple of years ago, I would've given higher marks as the food was more decent and the service as well. My Aunt and I would order Subway from this location frequently a couple of years ago and the service and food were a lot better back then. I recently ordered from this place to take advantage of a Buy One, Get one free offer, but I regret doing so from this location. For what you pay, there should be more meat and veggies, not to mention the lady that served me behind the counter was rude. I won't be back at this location

  If I could give this subway 0 stars I would, the owner gives attitude when it is a buy one get one deal. Then I ordered two Canadian classic footlong subs today and the workers forgot to put turkey on the one sub and ham on the other I went back to the store with only the halves of the subs that were left once we noticed the meat was missing and the worker pulled my subs apart checking the meat, she said I will add meat to both of the old subs. I asked for new subs to be made as this was there error. Or I would like my money back instead and they could keep the subs. I was told I couldn't have my money back and that she was adding the meat and making a new 6inch sub. This is the worst subway!
