  Best McDonalds in the Niagara region. They’re never stingy and actually make you want to come back! I’ve been to so many McDonald’s where they even weigh their ice cream so I’ll never go back to those. This is the best location / franchise yet!! 👏

  kind of crazy to get pull ahead to the next window for a coffee an 2 apple pies then wait over 10 min an to just love to charge customers for stuff they never receive do better at double checking the orders to assure everything is inside the bag.

  very unhappy with the birthday party that I threw for my twins at this location on April 19th . when I booked this party back in March , they took my name and number for the date , and took my deposit, only told me I could be there starting at 415 and set up . sent me on my way . fast forward to yesterday when I got there at 415, there was no employee to be found . there was another lady standing around the party area that wasn't even "on shift" and couldn't answer a single question I had . at 430 the "host" Cassie arrives and there's a binder on the one table open to the ordering menu for the kids meals that were included . my fiance asked what the book was for and all she said was "just take your orders and give it back to me" ... didn't say anything about anything else nor had no communication for the rest of the party . she sat in the back corner of the play place VERY uninviting for face painting at the beginning of the party for 5 minutes but it was NEVER mentioned. I ordered the dinner as the kids played , and she got the sundaes following that . she hid behind the counter and away from the party 90% of the time . at 550 when my birthday girls wanted their face painted and we spent 20 mins chasing the "host" around , she told them no it was too late . I asked to use to face painting stuff . she told me no . BUT I paid for that ... and there was 0 communication to be had . I asked for the manager and all he could offer me was free food . I'm VERY unhappy . will NOT be back . very much a waste of my time and money to be ripped off . they really need to work on their communication.

  Okay i been going to this mcdonalds for years , today i went to go try the mcvalues everything was going good, i ordered a vanilla milkshake and large fries separate from the mc value so i was expecting my small fries and the small soda with it . They never gave it to me and just straight up said “nope you cant have that “ i paid 11.33$ for no fries and soda . Horrible experience got straight up robbed. Although there was this one guy really nice who tried to help me!
