  I just got couple of coupons meals at this location. I was very impressed by the service. Believe it or not. After I paid, my order came in less than 1 min. Such crazy, this is true.

  We ordered 3 zingers today and we were so impressed by how delicious they tasted. Please keep serving these chicken sandwiches at the same high quality. We used to go to another restaurant because we thought they had the best chicken, but then out of the blue they changed them to thin, rubbery

  Had a really great experience at KFC! The food was fresh and delicious, but what stood out the most was the excellent service from Twinkle. She was very polite, friendly, and attentive throughout. She made sure everything was handled smoothly and made us feel genuinely welcomed. It’s always nice to come across someone who takes their job seriously and still maintains such a warm attitude. Big appreciation to Twinkle for her wonderful service! She definitely made our visit more enjoyable. Keep up the great work! 🍗✨

  Stopped by a couple of days ago and must say laveena was outstanding and so friendly throughout our stay. We felt so welcomed and everything tasted so fresh and delicious. The scrumptious food combined with laveena’s professional demeanour made our experience so special and memorable. Thank you so much laveena and team and we will back to see your team soon. :)

  I am a lifelong fan of KFC and a fairly regular partaker of their fine fare. Have now visited this location at 3 Rice Road Welland often enough to be on a first name basis with the owner, Ben, and have gotten to know a few of his staff also. Everyone is very friendly, service is friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is great. The restaurant is always well-kept and clean, and there's buzz about some of the new drink offerings. Tonight with my meal I tried out the new raspberry lemonade (at Ben's suggestion!) and its delicious! Of the 6 or 7 KFC locations in Niagara that I've visited, this is by far my favourite!
