I really liked that they put your toppings for your sandwich right in front of you. Violet was an amazing behind the counter and in the sit down area. Friendly and never stopped working but still interacting with the public.

- IMindigo marsMay 10, 20261.0Over a month ago I came in and watched a man with dog poop on his shoe wipe it off on the floor. it smelled awful, it was definitely dog poop. came in a week later, it was still there so i mentioned it to staff. they said they would clean it. went to swiss chalet A WEEK AFTER THAT and it was still there. they know its dog poop but they refuse to do anything about it. you have refused to clean dog poop off your floors for over a month now. this place needs a health inspection. i’ve never seen a restaurant go over a month without mopping there floors, especially floors covered in poop. they clearly do not clean their floors ever.

It was almost 10 but he was still happy to chat while waiting for the food. It really made my night I wish i got his name but he offered impeccable service and the food was delicious as usual.
