  Great place, but the drive thru and parking lot sucks! Would be a really easy fix if you moved the drive thru lane against the fence on the right side of the parking lot.

  They always give me the wrong order of what I asked for. This is the worst DQ that I have ever been to. And the cleanliness is horrible.

  You order a birthday cake you pay $70 for a cake you expected to at least be perfectly spelt especially when you send an email with the correct spelling of the name. Nope they don’t spell it right when you ask them to fix it they peel that icing off ruin the picture that’s printed on there and it looks like a big glob and then look at you like a deer in headlights and instead of offering you like discount or anything I gotta go present a cake to my son, which is the picture on it is ruined. the spelling doesn’t even look like a B it looks like a D and leftover icing from the previous writing that they put on! horrible their customer service skills are horrible!!

  This location fails to meet the basic standards of the brand. The layout is completely claustrophobic and poorly designed; there isn't even a proper space to form a line, forcing customers to zigzag through the micro-restaurant just to order. It feels cluttered and cramped, making for a very uncomfortable experience. However, the absolute dealbreaker was the rude and condescending attitude of the staff. Due to their poor treatment, I decided to leave and will never return; I took my business elsewhere, where I had a very positive experience. I have been a loyal Dairy Queen customer for many years and have always had positive experiences at every other location, but this is by far the worst one I have ever visited. Furthermore, as many other reviews indicate, they have the bad practice of not honouring official franchise promotions, a practice I have only encountered at this specific branch. It is clear from the low star rating that my experience is not an isolated incident. Do not waste your time or money here.
