  We visited yesterday and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The portion sizes were inconsistent, especially for the rice — my friends and I all received noticeably different amounts. Additionally, the staff did not seem aware of which items were included in the meal and which were chargeable. I ordered a Veggie Power Bowl, and the Subway app clearly showed that beans and corn were included. However, the staff member still attempted to charge me extra for them. When I pointed this out using the Subway app, the staff member then behaved as if she was not even aware that I had ordered a Power Bowl in the first place. This raises concerns about communication and training among staff members. Customers should not have to explain menu inclusions to employees.

  Had a really good experience at Subway. The customer service was excellent, and the employees were very friendly and welcoming. They made sure everything was prepared properly and created a positive atmosphere.

  I visited at wawa Subway really we enjoyed staff service was amazing and food is delicious. I will recommend again.

  I was traveling to Thunder Bay with my girlfriend and couldn’t find any place to eat on the way, especially since it was late at night. Fortunately, we found a Subway in Wawa for dinner. She was about to close and had already started putting things away, but she still made delicious sandwiches for us. Thanks for your extra effort and for helping us with dinner. We truly appreciate your kindness and the amazing way you treated us. Thank you, Mahi.!
