  Went to The Burger’s Priest tonight and honestly I’m really disappointed with the service. I live about 20 minutes away, and before driving there I called the restaurant over 30 times because Google showed the store was still open at 9 PM on a Sunday. Nobody answered once. I finally arrived around 9:20 PM and while I was still calling, I could literally see an employee look at the phone through the window and walk away from it without answering. When I went inside and asked why nobody was answering the phone, I was told they were busy. But if there was enough time to walk over, check the phone, and ignore it, there was enough time to quickly answer and say the store was busy or not taking orders. This isn’t even the first time something like this has happened here. Poor communication and disappointing customer service. A simple answer to the phone could’ve saved me a 20-minute drive and frustration.

  Burger Priest has good tasting bugers. I did enjoy my burger. However the fries are pretty terrible as they are hard, dried out and overcooked. Next time I will just get a burger on it's own and completely skip the fries. Some of the worst fries I have ever gotten from a burger place.

  Delicious burger, great price compared to other smash burger locations. Quick service. Will visit again. Also, im a chocolate chip cookie addict. They have one of the best chocolate chip cookies I think ive had. Just missing the milk!

  Recommend the hot dogs, the double priest and fries. I felt the hot honey chicken was a bit too sweet for my taste but the portions are good size and worth a try
