She gave me dirty looks, talked down to me and had the worst attitude. When I told her her attitude is extremely rude and sour and it was making me uncomfortable as I was just trying to ask questions about the menu options she didn’t care to apologize but rather began to act like she knew little English. Thai Express please do better when choosing your employees. This interaction was completely unnecessary and left a bitter taste in my mouth over this establishment, unfortunately I will not be back.

I scanned my in-app birthday coupon but there was a glitch that restarted the transaction, so when I scanned the code again it didn’t work. I explained the situation calmly to the lady and she got mad at me, got defensive, and even started speaking aggressively. While she did end up giving me the discount in the end, the way she handled the situation was completely unprofessional and made for an unpleasant experience.
