I ordered the Half Chicken Thanksgiving Meal for takeout and was told the wait would be about 20 minutes, but I ended up waiting around 40. My food seemed to be sitting on the counter while I waited for someone to grab my slice of pie, so by the time I got home, it was pretty cold. The biggest disappointment was opening my meal and realizing I had been given a quarter chicken instead of the half chicken I paid for. As a broke student, I decided to splurge on this meal as a treat after all the work I’ve been doing, so it was especially frustrating to wait twice as long, get cold food, and not even receive what I paid for. Unfortunately, I won’t be purchasing from Swiss Chalet again.
