- HPhet patel2 days ago5.0Came in for dinner and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. You can't beat the classic core four done right: the rotisserie chicken was tender and juicy, the signature Chalet dipping sauce was piping hot and perfectly spiced, the fresh-cut fries were crisp, and the warm dinner roll brought it all together. What truly elevated the visit, though, was the service. Our server was attentive, friendly, and kept our drinks full without hovering. Fast, welcoming, and consistently great food. We’ll definitely be back!
- MDMike Ducharme4 days ago1.0Restaurant was not a quarter full when we arrived. Was seated right away. Two staff workers stood at the hostess area talking for 10 minutes. We waited another 10 minutes and still no service. We ended up getting up and left as the girl that sat us then said she was coming over. We stated we waited 20 minutes and no one came so we left. Our friends we met that evening said they had the same experience there and will not return to that location. Our other friends then said yes the boardwalk location is the worst for slow service.

She checked on us several times and always kept our drinks topped up. We don’t have a Swiss Chalet in our town, so this is a special treat to dine here. There are daily specials which are great on the pocketbook. Very spacious and clean. A wonderful experience.

She was very friendly, positive and professional. It was surprising to learn Tessa had only been serving for a few weeks, as her abilities betrayed that. The food was good as always, but Tessa's performance was above and beyond.
- CRConnor RowellSep 14, 20262.0The service here is always terrible, tonight the person being trained was doing a good job and was more welcoming then anyone’s ever been at this location. She took our order with the manager or whoever was training on duty looking over her shoulder and she completely understand what I was saying and then the manager ended up correcting the girl being trained and got it wrong. I don’t think the person managing tonight that is more worried about getting closing duties done over service, should be training someone that was giving us better service then she ever has.
