  I was at the restaurant on Monday Labour Day the seventh around 745 was my order pick up request time . I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I originally placed an order for pizza to be delivered at a specific time because I had a lot of running around to do, including dropping off my rental car. A couple of minutes after placing the order, I received a phone call saying that because of the holiday they were short on drivers and would have to use DoorDash or Uber Eats. I explained that I was paying cash and was told that wasn’t an option and that I would have to pay by card. I don’t have money available on a card, so I had no choice but to change my plans and go pick up the order myself. I went home, got my vehicle, and drove back to pick up my pizza, which was supposed to be ready at the time I requested. When I got there, the boxes felt cold. I was sitting just down the street when I called to ask about it. I was told the pizza had been made fresh and should be hot. I explained that I had actually touched the boxes and could tell they were cold, and when I opened them and took a bite, the pizza was indeed cold. What really disappointed me was the response from customer service. Instead of acknowledging the problem, apologizing, or offering to remake the food or provide a refund, I was argued with and basically told that the pizza was fresh and that they only make fresh pizza. That doesn’t change the fact that my food was cold when I received it. Things happen, especially on a holiday, and I understand that restaurants can be short-staffed. What I don’t understand is the lack of customer service when something goes wrong. I went out of my way to accommodate the situation, changed my plans, drove back to pick up my order, and still ended up with cold food. At the very least, I expected someone to try to make the situation right. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. There are plenty of other places willing to take my money and provide both better food and better customer service. Not to mention, my order was the $75 order and all three pieces of my order were cold not warm to the touch at all

  Pizza was probably made 20 minutes before the time we said we would arrive. Pizza was dry with very few toppings or sauce.
