  I ordered Philly cheesesteak pizza, no onions, add tomatoes. Regular ranch sauce. What I got was no onions, no tomato and no hint of sauce, and no pepperoncini. Carry out. The store appeared closed at 1:00PM when we arrived to pick it up. The menu tv screens weren't even on. Only one person appeared to be working. After leaving, we checked the pizza and there were no tomatoes. I called and the woman on the phone barely spoke English. I understood, "we don't have tomatoes". It's even printed on the box, "Deliciously ripe tomatoes." I asked how will this be handled and she said come into the store and tell them next time I order pizza. I asked for something in writing, sent to my email on file. She couldn't find my email address even though I ordered online using my email address. So I had to spell it out patiently 3 times for her to understand the letters in my email address. I keep hoping that food quality and service will be up to par and each time it seems to get worse. Sorry to say this experience today earned only 1 star.

  The pizza I received is missing most of the toppings I ordered. I can clearly see olives and bell peppers, but there are hardly any onions, and I cannot find the mushrooms or tomatoes at all. The pizza looks very different from what I expected for a veggie pizza. Please look into this and provide an appropriate resolution.

  Great food but 25$ for a medium pizza that has really thin crust .. insane the times we are living in..
