Charged me to use the washroom. Completely illegal. Sob as the manager and the other guy wearing a black shirt. Check the laws, fire these two!

This Mr. Sub location is highly recommended, offering a quiet atmosphere and exceptional service. The staff members are notably amazing and proficient in their roles, making it one of the best Mr. Sub establishments, comparable to the Waterloo Northfield location. I intend to return.

I love this location but came in to buy a sub and they wouldn’t let me use the washroom. They said washroom is locked on Fridays and Saturdays after 9 even for customers. I’m not happy, I’ve event here 2 dozen times.
