  Ginger Ninja here, wondering where the rest of Mr. Beef went. 🥷🥪 I tried ordering the recommended build, but the ordering system wouldn’t let me, so I manually selected the ingredients to match—including sautéed green peppers, giardiniera and white cheese. The promotional photo shows beef piled up with cheese and vegetables. What I unwrapped was a much flatter affair: a thin layer of beef and no sign of the sautéed green pepper strips I specifically selected. There were plenty of jalapeños—too many for my liking—but the sandwich overall still lacked flavour. I didn’t enjoy eating it. I know advertising photos get the glamour treatment, but this was a big letdown. Photos attached so you can judge for yourself. My first Mr. Beef, and certainly my last. Mr. Beef, I expected more beef, the toppings I ordered, and some flavour.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at MR.SUB. The employee who served me was highly unprofessional and appeared more interested in being on a personal phone call than serving customers. Throughout the interaction, he failed to communicate properly, showed little attention to customer service, and handled the food carelessly. What was even more concerning was the quality of the vegetables being used. The tomatoes and other vegetables appeared spoiled and unfit for consumption. Instead of preparing the sandwich properly, the employee carelessly threw the tomatoes onto the sub right in front of me. The overall presentation and food handling standards were unacceptable. After eating the veggie sub, I experienced severe stomach issues, including diarrhea and symptoms consistent with food poisoning or a stomach flu. This raises serious concerns about food freshness, hygiene, and quality control at this location. Customers should not have to worry about getting sick after purchasing a meal. Management needs to immediately address employee professionalism, food safety practices, and the quality of ingredients being served. This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I have had, and I would not recommend this location unless significant improvements are made.

  The person making the subs put barely any topping on the subs not to mention getting the order wrong and shaking up our drinks in a can so they exploded in the car. Asked for a bacon sub and got a veggie sub. The second we payed there was no “have a good day” or anything he just went onto the next customer. Genuinely just disappointed as we love Mr sub and this brought it down
