  Went to try the new flaming hot cheetos chicken sandwich. They didn’t put the cheetos on the sandwich. Found out later they didn’t have it but was not told when ordering or receiving the order. Waste of time and money

  Slowest service I have ever seen Spotted this shelf unit with cooked chicken in it also. I’m shook this is in view of customers. After 2 hours in room temp food grows bacteria rapidly so this being out of refrigerator for hours in the hot kitchen will kill somebody if eaten by an elder or toddler. Send these workers to get their food handlers and maybe this restaurant won’t make people sick or potentially kill someone Basic knowledge on food and how to store food is crucial for working in a kitchen.

  Drive thru ain’t a drive thru at that kfc they will tell you to wait and drive back again in the drive thru get in the line for what? Just a sandwich at 2 am no rush , didn’t even offered to get that to me , then i had to get back in the line for the drive thru. Do better for service.

  Hello, I’m extremely disappointed with your service. This is the first and last time I will be ordering from you. First, the food was very disappointing, and I would not recommend it. The photos on your menu are misleading and do not accurately represent what I received. Second, I ordered food and paid for a juice, but the juice was not included in my order. I tried calling the restaurant repeatedly, but no one answered. After almost two hours of trying, someone finally answered and told me that the juice was unavailable, then hung up on me. I called back and spoke with the restaurant owner, but he also hung up on me instead of addressing the issue. This is completely unacceptable customer service. I paid for an item that I did not receive, and instead of offering a solution or refund, I was repeatedly ignored and hung up on. I would like to speak directly with the owner and have this issue properly resolved. I will also be sharing my experience with others so they can make an informed decision before ordering from you.

  Extremely disappointing experience! Waited 30+ minutes for my order, only to be told it would take another 10 minutes. There were around 7 staff members and nearly 20 customers waiting, yet only one person seemed to be packing orders while others were talking or doing other tasks instead of clearing the queue. I also witnessed a drive-thru customer waiting over 30 minutes and then struggling to get a refund. When I raised my concern about the delay and lack of organization, I was simply told, “If you don’t want to wait, you can cancel.” No apology or courtesy whatsoever. The staff need better training, organization, and customer service. Very poor experience and I would not recommend this location.
